No. Cyser is an independent consultancy. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc, but our team has spent years working in and around Apple, so we know the products inside out.

Absolutely not. That’s rather the point. We explain things in normal language and focus on what you actually need to know, without unnecessary technical jargon.

Yes. If you use an iPhone, iPad or Mac for work, Cy’s guides and reels will help you get more from them, with plain-English tips on security, sharing files and working smarter. You’ll find them in the For business section.

Every guide is a PDF that opens on any iPhone, iPad or Mac. They’re A4 with big, clear type, so you can print them and keep them beside you.

Lost your download? Use the link in your email to get it again, or contact hello@cyser.org and we’ll help.

Cy can’t reply personally, as he’s an AI character, but the Cyser team reads every message. If you have a question about one of our guides, or an idea for something Cy should cover next, email hello@cyser.org and we’ll reply within one working day. We can’t offer technical support or fix devices.
